Dr. Ernest Caruso performing a chiropractic neck adjustment

Condition

Headaches & Migraines

Some headaches are linked to neck stiffness and muscle tension. Others need a physician. Knowing the difference comes first.

Where chiropractic may fit

Tension-type headaches and headaches that start in the neck are sometimes connected to posture and tight muscles in the neck and upper shoulders. Dr. Caruso evaluates those areas and asks about patterns and triggers.

For migraines, chiropractic care is not a replacement for your physician. Some patients use it alongside medical care for neck and shoulder tension.
